Should I switch on Data Roaming when using eSIM?

Yes. Please make sure that Data Roaming is on. Please go to "setting"-"Cellular" and turn on "Data Roaming" . Please also remember to turn it off after use.

Are voice call and SMS services included?

The eSIM is data-only and does not come with local phone number. It only allows the use of mobile data, so you cannot receive or send calls or SMS.

If I lost my eSIM QR code, what can I do?

You will not be able to check your data usage now. The feature will be added later. Currently you might go to [settings - cellular] on your iPhone/iPad to find out how much cellular data that you're using.

I deleted my eSIM plan. Can I reinstall my eSIM card?

Unfortunately no, it is not possible. Each QR code can be scanned only once.

How long is my eSIM duration?

The QR code is valid for 30 days, so it's essential to initiate activation and usage within that timeframe.

Can I keep my WhatsApp number?

Of course you can, and you don’t need to make any settings and keep your contacts and conversations.
