Can I use the eSIM service?
Only eSIM-friendly handsets/devices support you to use our eSIM service:
1. iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, or iPhone XR with an update to iOS 12.1
2. the latest generation of iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad mini and Surface Go with eSIM supported.
*)eSIM on iPhone/iPad is not offered in China mainland.

Also please note our eSIM also is not available on locked handsets/devices. When you buy a handset/device with a contract from a mobile operator, it is common practice for it to lock the connectivity from any other supplier. You can check with your mobile operator to see if there is anything you can do to unlock the eSIM in your device.
How to purchase Our eSIM service and add it to your iPhone/iPad?
By taking easy steps as below, our eSIM makes your iPhone/iPad the truly global device:
1. Purchase the eSIM data package on this website and get the QR code by email (before your using).
2. Go to your iPhone/iPad [Settings] > [Cellular].
3. Tap on [Add Cellular Plan].
4. Use your iPhone/iPad to scan the QR code that we provided.
5. Choose [Continue] and get the mobile data plan.

How long should I wait for eSIM to ship after payment?
Because our system needs to check your order, and it takes a certain amount of time to prepare the QR code.
If you purchase the plan on the day of the destination or the next day, the plan will be sent to your email address within 2 hours after the order is placed.
If you purchase 2 days or more in advance, we will send it to you in advance one day in advance.
Can I have multiple phones scan a same QR code?
Sorry you cannot. When you use your phone to scan the QR code for the first time, the binding has been established, and other phones cannot no longer scan and use the QR code. In addition, One QR code cannot be scanned multiple times, and the scan will not work if the number of scans exceeds the limits.
How fast is the network speed?
4G/LTE service is available in most countries. You can check the network support on the details page of each data package.
Should I switch on Data Roaming when using eSIM?
Yes. Please make sure that Data Roaming is on. Please go to "setting"-"Cellular" and turn on "Data Roaming" . Please also remember to turn it off after use.
Are voice call and SMS services included?
We only offer eSIM-based Mobile Data Services.
If I lost my eSIM QR code, what can I do?
Please register to become our user, you can resend the QR code to your mailbox by order.
May I know how to check the balance of remaining data?
You will not be able to check your data usage now. The feature will be added later. Currently you might go to [settings - cellular] on your iPhone/iPad to find out how much cellular data that you're using. 
Is the purchased plan available for refund?
A refund can be requested in the order before the purchased order's QR code has not been sent to your mailbox.
I deleted my eSIM plan. Can I reinstall my eSIM card?
Unfortunately no, it is not possible. Each QR code can be scanned only once.
